Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Volutto, we want you to feel confident and completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn’t quite right, you may request a return or exchange under the following terms:
1. Eligibility

Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Please note that due to hygiene and product type, intimate apparel such as shapewear can only be returned if unworn and with original tags and seals intact.
2. Return & Exchange Process

To start a return or exchange, please email us at sac@volutto.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

After we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you if your return or exchange has been approved or denied.
If approved, we’ll proceed with your exchange or refund as requested.
3. Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

In those cases, Volutto will cover the shipping fees.
4. Products & Orders

Our product descriptions are written to be as clear and accurate as possible; however, minor variations in color or fit may occur due to fabric characteristics or screen differences.

Volutto reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.
5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through verified third-party gateways.

Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and may include or exclude VAT, depending on your country.
6. Limitation of Liability
Volutto is not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect or improper use of our products. Please follow all care and size guidelines provided to ensure the best fit and longevity.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your product, in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

The product must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

Personalized items or intimate goods that have been worn, opened, or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval or rejection by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
3. Products & Orders
We strive for accuracy in every product description; however, small variations in tone or size may occur.
We also reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.
4. Payments
All transactions are securely processed through trusted payment gateways.
Prices are shown in EUR (€) and may include or exclude VAT, depending on your billing location.
5. Limitation of Liability
Volutto is not liable for damages arising from misuse or improper handling of the product.
