At Volutto, we deliver orders across Europe and to select international destinations. Every order is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.

1. Shipping Times

  • Standard EU deliveries: 2–7 business days.

  • International deliveries: 3–10 business days, depending on destination and customs processing times.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly based on location and courier performance.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain amount, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.

3. Products & Orders

  • Product descriptions are written to be as precise as possible; however, slight variations in color or fit may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen differences.

  • Volutto reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.

4. Payments

  • All transactions are processed securely through approved third-party payment gateways.

  • Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and may include or exclude VAT, depending on your location and applicable tax laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Volutto is not responsible for damages resulting from the misuse of products.
We also cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by customs, carriers, or external events beyond our control (such as strikes or extreme weather).

6. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to you by email as soon as your package is dispatched.
You can follow your shipment’s progress directly from the tracking link provided.

7. Delays & Responsibility

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, Volutto is not liable for shipping delays due to:

  • Customs inspections or import restrictions.

  • Carrier delays or delivery errors.

  • Unforeseen events (force majeure).
